ORANGE
Orange is ripe from the end of autumn to winter. The most famous spices of this fruit are Thompson, Lebanese, blood orange, Valencia and so on.
According to the agricultural organization of FAO, about 75 million tons of orange is produced in the world annually Iran is the 7th rank with 2.5 million tons.
Being ripe is one of the important parameters of orange. So the orange should have its natural color which ranges from light yellow to dark orange. This fruit should be sound, neat, clean, and without mold. Besides, they should be apart from being squashed, fraction, perforation, frostbite, and freeze consequences. They shouldn’t also be dried or rotten.
The smell and taste of orange need to be natural and without any extra smell because of fermentation.
Exported oranges have to be the same shape, color, and size.
